Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-24

This English version is provided for information. The Polish version is binding.

These terms govern the use of proposals.co and the app.proposals.co application (the "Service"), provided by Damian Prochaska, a sole trader registered in the Polish CEIDG business register, ul. Długa 38, 43-419 Hażlach, Poland (tax ID 5482766067, REGON 540819443) (the "Provider").

By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. What the Service is

Proposals takes the material you supply, call transcripts, notes, price lists, and drafts a proposal as a web page, lets you edit it, publish it at a unique address and see whether the recipient opened it.

The Service uses language models. Generated content is a proposal, not a finished document, and must be reviewed by you before it goes to a client.

2. Account

  • An account may be created by an adult or by a business entity.
  • The details you provide must be true and current.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
  • One account corresponds to one organisation; further people are added by invitation.

3. Trial and payments

New organisations get a 14-day trial with full functionality and no payment card required. Trial limits are described in the pricing page.

After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Payments are handled by an external provider; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. We do not refund a period already started unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the material you put into the Service and to the proposals produced in it.

You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely as needed to provide the Service, including passing it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy.

We do not use your content to train our own models.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

  • submit unlawful content or content infringing the rights of others,
  • use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages in breach of applicable law,
  • attempt to circumvent limits, security measures or access controls,
  • load the infrastructure in a way that threatens its stability, including automated use of public features,
  • submit special categories of data (such as health data) without a separate arrangement with us.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance and may develop and change functionality.

We will give advance notice by e-mail to the address on the account before materially limiting or withdrawing a feature you use.

7. Liability

The Service provides a tool for preparing a proposal. What the proposal says, what it costs and whether it is sent are entirely your decisions, and you are responsible for their accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability towards non-consumer users is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for lost profits.

Nothing above excludes or limits liability to the extent it cannot be excluded under applicable law, in particular towards consumers.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription or asking us to delete the account.

We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, after asking you to stop the breach, unless the breach is flagrant or unlawful.

After closure we delete or anonymise data within the periods described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Complaints

Send complaints to support@proposals.co. We handle them within 14 days of receipt.

Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including the European Commission's ODR platform.

10. Changes to these terms and governing law

We will give at least 14 days' notice of changes to these terms, by e-mail to the address on the account. Continued use after the changes take effect means acceptance; otherwise you may terminate.

Polish law applies to matters not covered here. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence.
